If you see something, let us know! Using our in-app reporting system is best way to report issues because it automatically sends us the information we need to investigate.

Here’s how to report violations of our Community Guidelines:

Chat Messages

  • Tap and hold the specific message you'd like to report
  • Tap Report
  • Select a reason why you're reporting the message
  • Tap Submit Report

Voice Chat

  • Tap the guest number icon on the upper right corner of your screen
  • Tap the ‘...’ icon on the Voice Enabled box
  • Tap Report Voice
  • Select a reason why you're reporting the message
  • Tap Submit Report

Direct Messages

  • Open the conversation in your inbox
  • Tap and hold the specific message you'd like to report
  • Tap Report
  • Select a reason why you're reporting the message
  • Tap Submit Report

Newsfeed Posts

  • Open the post you'd like to report.
  • Tap the ‘...’ icon under the post
  • Tap Report
  • Select a reason why you're reporting the message.
  • Tap Submit Report

Newsfeed Comments

  • Tap and hold the specific comment you'd like to report
  • Tap Report
  • Select a reason why you're reporting the message

Profiles

  • Go to the profile you'd like to report
  • Tap the flag icon on the upper right corner of your screen
  • Tap Report Account
  • Select a reason why you’re reporting the user
  • Tap Submit Report
